Jan has over thirty years experience in new and resale homes, both in town and in rural areas. She specializes in residential homes and development land sales, suburban properties, and in Old Town Clovis. Her experience is extensive in residential development, including cost and mix evaluation and feasibility, commercial development exposure and multiple unit development and ownership. Jan is responsible for bringing Presbyterian Homes to Clovis, who opened L. C. Hotchkiss Terrace for senior affordable housing on the northeast corner of Barstow and Minnewawa. Her volunteer positions include: Two-term Chair and six year member of the Clovis Advisory Committee on Tourism, member of the Advisory Committee to the Clovis General Plan, the Good Neighbor Committee for the Clovis Waste Treatment Plant, member of the Clovis Technopolis Committee for the City of Clovis, and a Volunteer for the CSUF Half-time Club for Band activities.
